I am an ICF-accredited coach, trained with Barefoot Coaching, and an experienced senior leader with a background in communications, engagement, organisational development and transformation.For more than 15 years, I have worked alongside leaders, teams and organisations navigating change, uncertainty and complexity. Through that experience, I came to appreciate that many of the challenges people face are not technical. They are about leadership, confidence, communication, decision-making, relationships and adapting when familiar approaches no longer work.My coaching combines professional coaching practice with real-world leadership experience.
